Refund Policy
We are happy to issue a full refund under the following circumstances:
- You received a defective or damaged packaging
- Your order was lost or damaged during transit
- The product delivered is past its expiry date
Please Note: Refunds via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing timeline.
How to Request a Refund

- A clearly recorded unboxing video, taken before opening the package
- A clear photo of the defective or damaged product
- A photo of the outer packaging
- A photo of the batch number and expiry date
- A photo of the delivery label

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window will not be entertained.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Six Seasons does not accept returns on opened or used items. This policy exists strictly to protect the health, hygiene, and safety of all our customers.
If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please notify us at six-seasons.in within 48 hours of delivery with all mandatory evidence listed above, for a prompt resolution.
