Order Cancellation

At Six Seasons, we understand that plans change. Here's how our cancellation process works:

Before Shipment
  • Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order — completely free of charge.
  • Simply reach out via WhatsApp and we'll cancel it instantly — no questions asked.
After Shipment
  • Cancellation is still possible once dispatched.
  • A ₹80 to-and-fro delivery charge will be deducted from your refund to cover courier cost.
  • Remaining amount refunded within 7 – 10 working days.
Refund timeline: Refunds via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing timeline.
